Orbis Viaris Solar Kit 3-phase

The Orbis Viaris Solar kit allows the Viaris Uni and Viaris Combi+ charging stations to be integrated into a 3-phase PV system. This makes optimal use of generated solar energy. This Solar kit is brand-independent, so it can be installed in other PV systems. For DIN rail mounting, with RS485 port and Mod bus protocol.

The Viaris Solar Kit has the ability to charge in 3 different modes.

1. Solar mode: The charging station charges only with 100% generated solar energy. With less generated solar energy, the charging station will also charge less or even not at all.
2. Hybrid mode: The charging station will first charge with the generated solar energy, with insufficient solar energy it will be supplemented with energy from the grid. This avoids unnecessary charging interruptions and the charging station will always be able to charge fully.
3. Solar/Grid mode: The charging stations will charge with the generated solar energy and electricity from the grid. This will ensure the shortest possible charging time. In this process, no priority is given to generated solar energy.

Up to 6 different time schedules can be set with the Viaris Solar Kit. A different operational mode can be chosen for each time schedule.

With the free E-Viaris app, the charging stations and Solar Kit can be controlled and monitored. The app displays whether energy has been consumed from the electricity grid and/or from the generated solar energy. In addition, it shows how much power the total installation and the charging stations have demanded during the day, week and month.
